1. Prep Your Eyelid (Optional): For smoother application and longer-lasting results, you can prime your eyelid with an eyeshadow primer or concealer. This will help to create a smooth base and prevent the eyeliner from creasing or transferring.

2. Start with Thin Lines: Begin by drawing a thin line along your upper lash line, as close to the roots of your lashes as possible. Start from the inner corner and work your way outwards. This thin line will act as your guide.

3. Build and Extend: Once you have your initial line, you can gradually build up the thickness to your desired intensity. To create a winged look, extend the line slightly beyond the outer corner of your eye, angling it upwards towards the end of your eyebrow.
