Known for creating portraits using lipstick as his sole medium, Ricollin transforms beauty products into bold, visual storytelling. His work reflects not just faces but feeling and his subjects have ranged from celebrated local figures to the national heroes who inspire him. Among them, the Springboks, including a standout piece of captain Siya Kolisi, painted entirely in lipstick.
Now, Ricollin brings that same precision and passion to Maybelline, crafting a one-of-a-kind artwork using only the brand’s iconic lipstick. The portrait remains a mystery, but clues will drop on Maybelline’s social platforms as the image comes to life.
